Who publishes this site, who hosts it, and how to reach us.

Publisher
The maiso.app website and the maiso service are published by Teddy Verneuil, sole trader (entrepreneur individuel), 14 bis rue Magellan, 56860 Séné, France.
French business registration number (SIRET): 792 687 576 00043. VAT does not apply to the publisher’s own sales (article 293 B of the French General Tax Code). VAT on payments for the service is handled by Stripe, as explained in the terms.

Hosting
The public site and the app are served by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States), whose services to European customers are provided by Cloudflare Ireland Ltd (Dublin, Ireland).
Photographs are stored on Cloudflare R2, in a private bucket whose jurisdiction is set to the European Union.
The database and authentication are hosted by Supabase Inc., on infrastructure located in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany).
The other services we call, and what each of them receives, are listed in the privacy policy.
Intellectual property
The maiso name, its visual identity, the texts, the three-dimensional illustrations and the code of this site are protected. They may not be reproduced without permission.
The photographs you upload to the service remain yours. We claim no rights over them and use them for nothing other than producing the edits you ask for.
Demonstration photographs
The before and after images on this site are real edits produced by the service, with no manual retouching. They come from properties whose usage rights we hold, or from royalty-free images.
If you recognise a property whose rights you hold and you would rather it was not shown, write to contact@maiso.app and the image will be removed without discussion.
Reporting content
To report unlawful content hosted by the service, write to contact@maiso.app with the page or resource concerned, the reasons for your report and your contact details. Reports are handled without delay.
